Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at cole@arborwesttreeservice.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Tree removal is the process of cutting down a tree and removing it from the property. This is typically done when a tree is dead, diseased, or poses a safety hazard.

Tree removal costs vary depending on the size of the tree, its location, accessibility, nearby structures, and the complexity of the removal. A small tree in an open yard will cost much less than a large hazardous tree near a home or power lines.

At Arbor West Tree Service, we provide free estimates and evaluate each project individually to give you an accurate price based on the safest and most efficient way to complete the work.

Generally speaking, it is best to prune trees when they are dormant. This time is when the leaves fall off from late fall to very early spring.

Protecting your property is one of our top priorities. We use specialized equipment, mats when needed, and carefully planned rigging techniques to help minimize damage to lawns, landscaping, driveways, and surrounding areas during the removal process. While some situations may create minor ground disturbance due to weather or access limitations, we always take every reasonable step possible to leave your property in the best condition we can.

We have many ways for you to reach us, the easiest is to go to the "contact us" page on the top of the screen, fill out the requested information and submit!

Once we receive your information, we will be giving you a call very soon to schedule a time to come and look at your project.

We are always striving to get to each client as quickly as possible. In most cases we stay booked out around 2 weeks from the time of confirmation of the estimate.

This timeline can vary slightly due to inclement weather or other jobs taking longer or going quicker than anticipated. We will stay in constant communication as we approach your scheduled date to let you know if there are any changes in scheduling.

In almost all cases, we require no payment at all until the work is completed and you are 100% satisfied!

The only time we ask for money up front is when your project is over $10,000. At which point we as for 25% due at the end of the first day of your project.
